This veteran wants to express her gratitude for the roof replacement and interior ceiling repair done by Robinhood Exteriors out of Elkton, MD ("RHE") this October 2025.  Storm damage punched a hole in the ceiling of the (just emptied) animal foster/rescue room of my 75 year old ranch style home in June 2025. The first five estimates varied so widely in services, scope and price that I felt the need to involve my homeowners insurance to have a benchmark. It is always daunting to do major repairs while occupying a home - even more so when it is full of elderly companion animals.  RHE providing both the exterior and interior work with precision and compassion.The roofing crew was thorough enough to even replace the "roofet" on my bay window, and meticulous about cleanup.  For the interior work, the crew was careful to limit their supply trips and to keep doors closed so that none of my companion animals were able to escape or panic.  I am grateful that I found RHE (ask for Maddie or Josh) after eight other trade estimates and cannot say enough about the quality of their work, their ethics, commitment and compassion.

I was hesitant but they explained the entire insurance process and arranged an estimate from an agent of my insurance company.

We agreed but were going to be traveling so put it off for about six months.  During that time a windstorm pretty much convinced us to move as parts of shingle came off all over the yard.

They did the job in two days including replacing leaking skylights.  The crew was polite and meticulous, and Connor stopped by regularly.

The new roof looks great, and the price was extremely reasonable compared to what I was offered from another company we talked to and to internet estimates.
